A new revolution is taking the American work force by storm: The online home based business revolution. Online biz opportunities abound and they all promise you the moon on a silver platter, so here's a bit of advice to all of you online biz opp seekers: BEWARE!!

Something like 95% home based businesses fail! When you take a closer look at why this is happening, it really doesn't have much to do with the company itself or the quality of the product they offer. Success or failure in any home based business is a direct result of the following factors:

Experience (or lack thereof) Network marketers need to be able to do just that: network and market. Learning these essential skills is often a life-long pursuit. It can take years to become a proficient network marketer. However, when when dealing in the online arena, it is possible to shorten the learning curve by a huge percentage. Still, most people enter the network marketing arena, either online or offline, with high hopes and big dreams. It isn't long before they realize a limited background in sales and marketing results in little if any success. This leads to discouragement and eventual drop out. Networkers must have top notch industry training from successful leaders who can show you the ropes and coach you all the way to success.

Money Even if you're a PRO at marketing and networking, you still need a marketing budget. The scale and scope of your campaign will determine your budget. Many networking newbies do not anticipate the the need for a marketing budget and are discouraged when they see their competition putting up big campaign bucks, stealing the market and stamping them out. Networkers need an simple, cost effective marketing system.

Time Most networkers start part time while they continue working their j-o-b to pay the bills. After a long day at work and a grueling commute, followed by a rushed hello to family and gulping down a quick dinner, there isn't much time left in the day to sit at the phone and make cold calls or do meetings. Networkers need an efficient way of attracting prospects to them. Becoming the hunted rather than the hunted is KEY to time efficiency. When prospects come to you, the only time issue you have becomes which prospect to sign up first!

So don't be scared off by the statistics telling you how many home based business owners quit or fail. Using experience, money and time to your advantage rather than to your detriment will make the difference between your success or failure. With the right training, and affordable marketing, and efficient prospecting methods, anyone can earn a CEO income from home and achieve absolute freedom.
